I have a Philips series 1 and 1 of your modems. It was stuck on loading data so I unplugged the receiver and tried to send it through. Now it goes to loading data , phone not in use,then I keep getting a failed call interrupted error message (no one is on the phone) Do I need to reset the modem also? Its only 1 year old so I really don't think its failing already

bumping this up! This is happening more and more often and each time I forget how I actually get it to go through. Can it be the replacement moden already? I honestly don't think so but what do I know? I can get it to downloading...phone in use and it stays that way for hours then finally it will go to loading data 1% phone not in use and has been like that for over 1 hourLast edited by tm501; 03-31-2012, 08:14 PM.
