Multi-Stream Cards

I have a Tivo-HD DVR.

After moving from Cablevision to Comcast, I was given 2 Multi-Stream Cards.

However, it seems that I can only use 1 Multi-Stream card and not on Slot 1 but Slot 2 only.

Is this correct or I am doing something wrong?

Comcast says that it is ok.

Any Help?

if you have a multistream card and a TiVoHD, then you use only one card.
