Does Weaknees reimage drives?

I have an drive that is stuck in S03 loop. I purchased it from Weaknees many years ago, and I'm wondering if Weaknees will reimage the drive? I don't want to dispose of it, as it's a 1tb drive. If WK doesn't reimage, is there any way I can do it myself? If so, where would I go about getting an image for the drive?
Note: I've already purchased a new drive from Weaknees.
