My TiVo Premiere’s stock 320GB hard drive failed last weekend. It’s been a good run!
I bit the bullet and ordered a new cable TiVo Edge.
Service on the Premiere was cancelled before I caught the bit that service on Series 4 (and earlier) models cannot be reactivated once cancelled. It was on a month to month plan.
I feel bad just recycling it but with a dead hard drive and no way of ever reactivating service on it, there isn’t much more to do with it.
I guess I’m just posting this in hopes that I am missing something or is it time for a final send off?
