Premiere Stutter and Freeze

Our TIVO Premiere is about 16 months old. For the past couple of months, it will Stutter during playback then REBOOT. Of course it takes 20 minutes before you can watch again.

Well its happening more frequent. It now happens a couple times of week.

Model: TCD746320

What needs to be fixed/replaced?

That's almost definitely a hard drive problem. A "replace" kit for your model should fix the problem:
