I copied this below and altered tuner 1 readings to 0. Below's Tivo #0 specs are not mine either, but Tuner 1 does read 0 tuner and Tivo said to ask Weaknees as they did not know, so here I am.
Had a power outage. When it came back my Tivo Premier XL would not power up as it had a hard drive failure. So I went on EBAY and bought a TIVO hard drive and put it in not knowing anything about Weaknees. . Tivo booted up and I had Xfinity program the card. It worked. Then tried to record the 2nd channel and Premier stats showed 0 for a 2nd tuner. Tivo says it is Xfinity programming and Xfinity says it is TIVO. Is there a setting I need t do for this to see the 2nd tuner, or can a tuner during a power outage also cook the hard drive as the reason I lost both? .
