I have 2 HR 10-250s. This first died with a clicking sound (would not get off the initial "powering up" screen). Called Directv since I have a monthly service contract on my equipment. They confirmed it was dead but would not repair it. Sent me a new HR 20-700 unit which did not work. The second worked. Now my other HR 10-250 is rebooting itself every day (or sooner) making it useless as a Tivo box. I really like these units. Anu suggestions on my options to get these units repaired/upgraded? With the one currently in service I also have a alot of movies purchased from DirectTV that I would like to save (assuming I need to swap out my hard drive).

Any suggestions for my next course of action appreciated.
