Connecting DVD to Tivo?

I have a TV with a single RCA input but have a Tivo and DVD player I would like to have connected to it. Right now I'm constantly changing out which one is connected but was wondering if there is an easier way. Is it possible to connect the DVD to the RCA input on my Tivo and play it through there somehow? It's a series 2 tcd540080 if that helps at all.

There's really no pass-through on that unit.

Can you use maybe an RF input, or an S-Video input on the TV for one of these components?

Been here a long time . . .
