are upgraded DTV R10s worth anything?

I have one that's been sitting in a closet for over 2 years. When I bought my new house, they put in a dish that doesn't work with this receiver and now I only have one TV (that's HD) so I don't need to use it anymore.

I think I put either a 160GB or 320GB HDD (from Weaknees) in it years ago, but now it's just taking up closet space.
