    S3 power supply - what tool do I need?

    My replacement power supply finally arrived today ... unfortunately I still have no TiVo. I am having problems removing the screw that holds the PS to the back of the unit. It certainly looks like a torx, but it is smaller than T10, which is the smallest I have. I also have a set of allen wrenches - which actually work fine on most of the torx screws - but it is between sizes, so none of those work either. Any ideas what size this thing is?? T8? T6? Or any other suggestions on how to get the !@#$ thing out?

    The instructions on weaKnees don't help, as they only mention the T10 screws. (It also says there are 2-4, which is quite wrong for S3, in addition to this mystery screw, there are 6 T10 screws.)

    That's a T8 screw.

    I don't think we have exact instructions on our site for that model yet.
    Been here a long time . . .

      Thanks Michael! The guy on the phone at Radio Shack claims they have a torx-key set, so hopefully I won't have to bus out to the hardware store. I'm not getting my hopes up though, since I had to spell "T-O-R-X" and explain to him what it is!

        If they don't have them, Home Depot usually does.
