eSATA cable broke off in port

Hi there --

A Comcast installer somehow managed to break off part of the end of the eSATA cable running to my external drive in the port on the back of my TiVo HD. I didn't see anything about this searching through the forums -- anyone have any ideas on how to get the broken bit out (it's lodged in fairly firmly, and tweezers/pins haven't worked), or does anyone know whether the entire eSATA port can be replaced relatively easily?

These cables really don't seat in there very firmly - I'm surprised that you can't push it out with a paperclip or something.

But if you can't, I don't think we'll be able to help on that front either, sorry to say.
