Lightening hit the Cable pole outside my house. A surge came thru the coax and damaged anything conected. My 1 year old TivoHD shows no sign of life whatsoever. Is there a "most likely" damaged part that could easily be replaced? - Jim

If it won't power up at all, that could just be a bad power supply (which is one of the few parts we have for a TiVo HD - the other being the hard drive).
