Can I use a DirecTV HR10-250 hard drive in a Series 2 TiVo 24004A?

A storm seems to have done in the hard drives in both of my Series 2 TiVos (24004A) and I happen to have an old DirecTV HD10-250 DVR lefover from when I used to have DirecTV.

Can I use the hard drive from the DirecTV hard drive to replace the zapped one in the TiVo Series 2?
