Tivo HD - tiling and freezing in HD only

I am having an issue with Tivo HD unit tiling and then freezing image on the screen about 10 minutes into any HD channel. It happens whether it's recording or watching live TV in HD. Rebooted and powered down multiple times. Low res channels record fine. Pulled card and inserted into the TV directly, HD card works fine in the TV.

That's almost definitely a hard drive problem. A "replace" kit for your model should fix the problem:
