Garbled Internet Audio with Series 3 HD

I have a Series 3 HD unit and a few weeks ago the audio from pre-recorded and live webcasts like YouTube became garbled. The audio from Amazon and Netflix downloads as well as the standard broadcast channels audio are just fine. At first I thought this was a problem with my AV receiver but that's not the case since the sound is still garbled when I bypass the receiver. This is a very odd problem! Does anyone have any idea what might be going on here?

We really haven't seen that one before. Are these shows recorded via CableCARD, analog cable, or antenna, or more than one source?
