Directtv tivo no lights

My power had been out and when it came back on the Tivo wouldn't power up. The fan was running but there were no lights on the front and would not respond to the remote. Blue screen with no signal bouncing around on my screen. Any ideas? I actually just ordered a refurbished one and am having it shipped overnight but would like to revive this one as it has many hours of stuff on it!

I forgot to tell you the model # SIR-54120R

I'd recommend you start with a power supply, see:

TiVo power supply

If you'd rather send the unit in for diagnosis, let us know.
