Philips HDR 112

I put in 2 new drives, and all went well. Now when it comes up to the guide, it asks me to call to activate. What step did I miss? Thanks for any help!!

You have to dial the unit in.

The unit calls in to TiVo to get guide data and settings. Let it make its call.
