Single Drive Upgrade/Jumper question

If I upgrade my Tivo HD to the WD 1 Terabyte drive is the new drive jumpered as master when in the Tivo and slave when using WINMfs to install the software? If there are instructions for this I missed it and appologize

If I remember, perhaps when using SATA interface, jumpers are no longer an issue

There are no jumpers on SATA drives for drive positioning.

Been here a long time . . .
