Pixelation on 1 tuner-Hughes Tivo HDVR2

Got a rebuilt unit from you 2 months ago..Had pixelation and reboot issues only on Sat 2..Swapped cables..No change..Tried same cables on another unit..It worked fine. Got a 85 to 90 signal..Not a weather related problem.
Only the one signal is flakey. Had DTV out here twice and they repl multiswitch and checked every cable connection and sat aim..No change..Bad tuner???

Sounds like it - and when they go, it's usually SAT2.

If it's 2 months old, it's still under warranty, so email us at [email protected] with the order number and we'll get it worked out.

Thanks Michael..Will the replacement of the tuner mean I lose the hard drive contents??

In most cases, no, the drive data should be unaffected.
