New Drive does not work!

I've just received a replacement drive I ordered from you guys a few days ago. I followed the instructions that were included and the Tivo would be stuck at the "Welcome.Powering up" screen. After checking wires & connections & praying it wasn't the motherboard I decided to replace the old drive & lo and behold.. the old drive still worked. Could it be I was sent the wrong drive? Could the new adapter be bad?

Sorry, ignore my Q's above. Gave it one last go & now every thing seems to be working ok.
