My refurbished TiVo 3 freezes and reboots. This is the 3rd refurbished TiVo 3 I have had in the past 4 months. Called TiVo and have jumped through all the hoops. I have 2 cable cards etc. They have told me to purchase a regulated power supply, that there is something wrong in my house. I have not had any problems with any other electronic equipment in my home. Do I buy this item? If so where? I do not want to spend alot of money on a refurbihed TiVo. They do not want to send me a new one until I try the regulated power source. I understand. Any help would be appreciated. I want to have some answers before I tell my husband his TiVo is acting up again!
