Stuck on Almost There After HD Replacement

Just upgraded my Series3 with a new HD (500GB), ordered from Weaknees. Previously, my S3 was rebooting frequently, freezing, no sound etc. Leading me to the HD replacement. Post the new HD installation the Tivo won't boot past the "almost there. just a few more minutes". Thoughts?

Is it possible you've ordered for the wrong model? Does the old drive still boot?
