I upgraded my Toshiba SDH 400 tonight with a 1 TB drive that was already loaded with the necessary programming from WK. When I plugged it in, it became stuck on the "just a few more minutes" screen. I couldn't find a thread that addresses this problem, so I created one. Any ideas?

First, try unplugging the tivo and plugging it back in. That often solves this problem.
Second, does your factory drive work fine? -
Try rebooting.
Next, if that doesn't work, check the internal cables and unplug and replug them all.Been here a long time . . .Comment
