Problems with humax dvr

Hello, I bought a HD from you guys about a year or so ago and I'm having issues with tivo now. I'm not sure if it's the power supply or the HD that is causing the issue. My DVR was accidently unplugged, when I repplied power the welcome screen came up and now is locked up. any suggestions.....

More often than not, being stuck on powering up is a bad drive.
