H10-250 freezing and audio

I have a H10-250 that in the last few days has been suffering from freezing, stuttering, and dropped audio on all the HD channels. I still get HD on the old channels ESPNHD-73, HBOHD-70, etc.. I also get OTA HD. I live in the Baltimore area. The problem only occurs on the HD channels regardless if they are from DirecTV or from my antenna. The SD channels are fine.

Suggestions on what could be causing the problem and how I can fix it?

It doesn't sound good if the SD are all fine. You might try running component instead of HDMI (assuming you're using HDMI now) to see if that changes anything, but I'm not optimistic.

I'm running component now. My tv does not have hdmi. Do you think it could be signal or disk drive?

Could be a hard drive, definitely. The HD signal is obviously much more taxing to a hard drive. That would be my guess of the first place to start.
