Bought a Series 3 HD on ebay. When I received it, I noticed something rattling around inside the enclosure. Opened it up to find the component that receives the cable cards was unplugged and "free floating" in the enclosure. No screws evident or anything. I plugged it back in, but it did feel kind of loose. Sure enough, when the cable guy came, the Tivo did not recognize the cable cards. Is it possible to replace this component? I was surprised at how loosely the board fit in the "receiver" on the motherboard. Might there be something else wrong?

And you guessed it, the ebay seller is giving me a hard time about a refund or I wouldn't be asking these questions!
