Howdy-

I've read through these forums already so I'm afraid that I already know the answer, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

My 2-3 year old Toshiba RX60 spontaneously rebooted last night (first time ever!). It went into the "Welcome..." loop. Both (yellow,orange) lights on the cover came on, then went to red, then rebooted. I tried unplugging for 30 seconds with no change. I unplugged after that, then left it.

Am I screwed and have lost all programs? I don't mind upgrading to a new a disk (in fact I will order now) but I would really love to recover my programs.

Thoughts/suggestion/troubleshooting tips?
