I bought a reconditioned Hughes HDVR2 from you in the past two weeks and it has locked up on my on two occasions requiring a reboot.
During playback the image would freeze, after a few seconds the screen would go black and the machine was unresponsive. I need some help with getting either a replacement or a repair.
