Philips DirectTV Tivo Dead

We had a power failure last night and this morning the TIVO DVR has no front panel lights. There is something running inside, either the hard drive or a fan. Recycling the power has no effect. Is this most likely a power supply failure? Is there anyway I can troubleshoot it down to be certain?

Yup - that's most likely a power supply failure. We have replacement TiVo power supplies for most models.

Been here a long time . . .
