DVD Burning between HD Tivo & Non-HD Tivo

Hello all:
I currently have a 400GB Series 2 Tivo (Non-HD) with a DVD Burner.
I just bought a 55" Plasma and want to buy a Terabyte HD Tivo.

I have my current Tivo connected to my wireless home network and would hook the new HD Tivo to the network as well.

My question is: Can I burn a program on the new (HD) Tivo to the old Tivo (the one with the burner) over the network, without losing HD quality? Or, can I do it all?

Also, on another topic: what is the difference between a Tivo with or without the "Home Theater Option"?

Sorry to say, no, you can't transfer shows from any other TiVo to that one with a burner, then burn the shows. You can transfer shows (only SD in this case) but they won't burn.
