guided setup over and over again

my Tivo has been wacked out for the past 3 months. i loose all abilities of seeing the 'guide' and have to go through the 'guide setup' before it goes back on line (so to speak) i have done this i bet 8 times in the past 3 months- now my lights are more 'yellow' than red and green and i have no picture and i can't get the box to do a darn thing! is my power supply out?

So right now, you see all lights lit and a black screen? Do you have this problem:
