I have a HR10-250 with an HDMI problem. A few days ago I noticed the screen had a green tent to it. Since the original HDMI card was DOA so got one from Weeknees. It’s been working fine till now. I thought maybe the card was not seated well so opened the box, removed and reinstalled the card. After booting up it was even worse. Now the picture was extremely high contrast colors with no detail. Next I unplugged the HDMI and used the component output. The picture looked great. No color problems. Thinking maybe it was my cable, I plugged it into the DVD HDMI output. That was ok so no cable problem.
Is it possible the HDMI card has died or am I looking at a motherboard problem?
