I recently upgraded my series 2 by adding another hard drive and now my video flakes out when I try to change the channels to digital channels. By flaking out I mean the screen is snowy (but in color) and it flashes. The audio is fine.

This only happens when I get input from the cable box. I have no problems with the basic channels. I tried changing the cables coming from my cable box, and I checked all of the connections. Could it be something happened when I put the new drives in? Is this something I can go back and fix???

I'm in a panic now that I've killed my TIVO!
