I thought my cable was out when I turned on my TV to see no video, then I noticed no lights on my TiVo Series 2. I pulled the power and plugged it in and got steady green/yellow on the left and red/yellow on the right. Does this sound like a power supply issue? I bought this one with a "lifetime" subscription so it would be nice if that was all it was.

As long as I'm going to open it up, I might as well upgrade it. If I plan to throw a couple of hard drives in it, are there any recommendation besides the drive mounting kit and the trip start kit to sequence the drives. Maybe extra cooling?
