HELP!! I have a HR 10-250 and something is wrong. Yesterday when I came home, the parental control was on and I could not get it unlocked. Unplugged the system and called DirecTV. They reset, it became unlocked but the picture would freeze and then go blank. Two calls later to DirectTV, and them telling me to blow out the card reader, it worked and i went to bed.

Today, go to watch the Texas vs Texas AM game and the screen reads " reinsert access card". What did I do wrong? Please, if you have any insight, please let me know what I can do. This is my second Tivo, the first one came under the influence of the green screen of death (GSOD). I don't want that happening to this unit.
