I had purcahsed from weaKnees for my SA8300HD a Maxtor Quickview Expander but now have gone full TIVO with a Series 3 and a TivoHD.
I decided to hook up the Quickview to the Series 3, the Tivo sees the HD and goes through all the steps of the 9.2J software connection and I now show space for 67HD hours. Shows recorded and played back fine last night but the orange light on the Quickview is blinking eight times, pauses and continues to blink 8 times.
Anyone know what the blinking light means?
Any idea if the Quickview will continue to work or am I rolling the dice and have a higher probability of lossing my recordings?
