As part of the great upgrade program, we got a HR 20 installed in our family room, that was a mistake, but anyways...Direct TV was supposed to move our HR 10 to our bedroom. Well they did and now it doesnt work. Screen is fine during boot up, almost there is fine, then when it is done, we get audio, now video. Tried the output, rca, rgb ect. Only Audio. Thoughts? Probably is going to make the trip to California.
