Difference between $169 300G TiVo Upgrade Kit and $149 300G Replace Kit Special

There's the "regular" Toshiba SD-H400 TiVo Upgrade Kit: Replace with one 300gb hard drive for $169 and on WeaKnees front page, there's a 300 GB Replace Kit Special - Seagate DB35 Drive special for $149.

What's the difference? I'd sure prefer Seagate (and the savings), but I want to be sure they're both a drop-in replacement.

I called WeaKnees and Sales said they're the same (or at least, they're both drop-in upgrades).

Correct, skst. No difference. We're just running a 300GB drive on our deal o' the day...so if anyone's interested, come and get 'em!
