There's the "regular" Toshiba SD-H400 TiVo Upgrade Kit: Replace with one 300gb hard drive for $169 and on WeaKnees front page, there's a 300 GB Replace Kit Special - Seagate DB35 Drive special for $149.
What's the difference? I'd sure prefer Seagate (and the savings), but I want to be sure they're both a drop-in replacement.
